Cristiano Ronaldo scored two goals as Portugal played a 2 all draw with France.

He opened the scoring in the first half after goalkeeper Hugo Lloris fouled Danilo with a punch to his face after coming out to save a ball.
Ronaldo made no mistake from the spot as he sent Hugo Lloris the wrong way.
Benzema equalised some few minutes later from the spot after Mbappe was fouled by Nelson semedo.
Early into the second half benzema was at the end of a through ball to slot it pass Rui Patricio as France took the lead


Just past the half hour mark Portugal had another penalty after Ronaldo’s cross hit Kunde’s arm and he made no mistake from the spot.
The draw means Portugal finishes third in the group and qualify as best loosers. They will play Belgium in the Round of 16.

Ronaldo’s second goal meant he is now tied with Ali Daei as the highest international goalscorer in Men’s football history after scoring his 109th international goal.
Ronaldo will hope to break the record when they face the world number one team Belgium on Sunday in the round of 16.
He’s scored 5 goals so far in EURO2020 which puts him at the top of the scoring chat with 2 goals more than the everyone else.
He has also scored in all his group stage games scoring two against Hungary, one against Germany and two against France.
