After leaving her former label Zion Recordings, Cameroonian songstress Meshi comes through with the video of “la dote”.

“la dote” is track 15 from Meshi’s album ‘For my hand‘ which cuts across bikutsi and the mbole music genre released earlier this year 2021. The song talks about a young boy and girl who are both in love but cannot build a family because of poverty.
