On January 11th, 2022 BBC and BeInsports news reporter Sulaiman Folarin who is a descendant from Nigeria tried to downgrade Cameroon and this is what he said in his tweet.

“#Cameroon folks dislike that it’s mentioned how unprepared they are EIGHT years after getting #AFCON. Don’t blame the messenger, blame your leaders. Fact is there are issues; hotels, poor internet, flights to other cities are some of the complaints.
