Ronaldo is about to join Vincent Aboubakar at Al Nassr
After leaving Manchester United in a ‘mutual agreement’, worlds most followed Celebrity on Instagram Cristiano Ronaldo will be signing with Saudi Arabian club, Al Nassr where Cameroon’s Vincent Aboubakar is signed to.
According to Linda Ikeji’s blog, The 37-year-old had his Manchester United contract terminated following a tumultuous relationship with the club over controversial statements in a TV interview with Piers Morgan.
Ronaldo has now agreed a two-and-a-half-year deal with Al Nassr – worth £172.9million per year – which will keep him playing until the age of 40, according to Spanish newspaper Marca.
According to Forbes magazine, if he completes the tour, Ronaldo’s huge salary will make him the highest paid player in the game. Cristiano Ronaldo has won 34 trophies in his career.
He is also the top scorer in the world with 118 goals. If he ends up moving to Saudi side Al Nassr, he will earn £172.9million per year. Ronaldo is currently third in the list of the highest paid players, earning £83.6million a year, which means he will more than double his salary.
