Rap Queen Askia Karin who is well known as Askia has revealed why she hasn’t paid the winners of “Ngarma Challenge” which was launched six(6) months ago.

“Ngarma” is a song about Anglophone crisis where Askia featured her former label mate at Alpha Better records, Mr Leo who is now the CEO of Lionn Productions) on the song. The song trended for over a month, with over videos of people on TikTok participating for “Ngarma Challenge”

In a Facebook post, Askia humbly begged on the contestants or winner of the Ngarma challenge to be patient with her as she is still struggling to raise money and pay them for the job they did.

“Hello Guys.

I want to address this bcuz it’s the right things to do. I think everyone has been waiting for answers as to why I didn’t pay the winners of My Ngarma challenge. I’m gonna be straight forward and tell you all why bcuz I am not Ashamed to Tell. I had one choice, pay up the 10 winners and get kicked out of my house or pay them much later and keep the roof over ma child’s head. I think we all know what choice I made. It’s not easy in this streets even for me so in all honesty be patient. I will eventually pay up Soon cuz I’m still out here hustling. Askia is an open book, I have no reason to lie and nothing to hide.
