Discover multi-talented Cameroonian veteran artist, D-klins whose real name is Colins Forbang Achimbi, is a versatile musical artist.

He sings, writes songs, arranges music, and even plays a little bit of the acoustic guitar. Born on May 6, 1977, in Buea, a city in the Southwest region of Cameroon, he grew up in Mbengwi Momo Division in the Northwest region.

D-klins showed a love for music at a young age of five, where he would dance whenever he heard music. He was also very multitalented with his skills in sports such as soccer, basketball, table tennis, high jump, running, gymnastics, and dancing.

D-klins dropped out of high school, but his love for music led him to become a full-time entertainer, dancing and interpreting songs by musicians like Michael Jackson. In 2003, D-klins formed a group with two others called the Innovators, who later released their first album titled Bottle Dance Hall in 2005.

Due to financial issues, the group split in 2007, and D-klins decided to pursue a solo career, releasing his first album Congo George with a hit song of the same name in 2009. D-klins’ music gained popularity until 2011 when he faced financial difficulties that led to years of anxiety and depression.

However, in 2018, he released a single called Sawale, and in 2019, an EP titled Reawakening EP, where Sawale was included and chosen to create an official music video.

D-klins relocated to Norway in 2021, where he has been involved in a few gigs and projects. Two months ago, he released his first project in Norway called Over Don.
