Restaurant manager needed in YAOUNDE
As part of its missions, the Société d’Exploitation Hôtelière et de Restauration Mérina (HOTEL MERINA)   seeks for its services:

“(01) RESTAURANT DIRECTOR”

Under the responsibility of the General Manager, the  Restaurant Manager  will mainly be responsible for:

♦    Direct, coordinate and supervise all activities of the restaurant  ;

♦    Ensure the financial management and the definition of the applied tariffs  ;

♦    Ensure the organization of daily work  ;

♦    Ensure the quality of the reception  ;

♦  Develop the restaurant’s turnover;

♦    Maintain the image and good reputation of the restaurant  ;

♦ Control the application of hygiene and safety rules and quality procedures  ;

♦ Develop the attractiveness of the restaurant through innovative concepts;

QUALIFICATIONS ♦ Minimum BTS in Hotel & Restaurant or any other diploma deemed equivalent ♦ Minimum  five (5) years of experience in a similar function   ♦ Experience required in a renowned independent restaurant. CHARACTERISTICS SOUGHT
