The Fisherman’s Diary is Cameroon movie and a story by “Enah Johnscot”. The film happens to be the first Cameroon movie to be available in all countries where Netflix can be accessed ( 190 ) countries world wide.

The film has a track album of twelve tracks produced by Akwandor with artistes like ( Ewube, fish, Blaise B, Lesline, Belvia …)

This movie is a typical example of what growing up in Africa looks like for the girl child.

This is the story of a little girl who really loved school but his parents value Marriage more and violated her right to marriage by forcing her to get married to an old man.

She shows her interest in education by going to school ( not a registered student) hide and learn or meet one of the teachers  who will teach her somethings in private.

I think the African culture needs to be educated more about the power of Knowledge, most people still give their daughters that treatment today which changes their future.
