Portable, a street pop sensation, has said that he won’t hesitate to spend his money on honors.
Since 2021, when he made his song “Zazzu Zeh,” which included Olamide and Poco Lee, famous, Portable has constantly made headlines, especially for its troubleshooting antics.
Speaking on the Honest Bunch Podcast, Portable claimed that if he wasn’t successful in winning a merit-based award, he wouldn’t hesitate to purchase them.
Portable received two nominations for the 2022 Headies for his single “Zazzu Zeh,” including Rookie of the Year and Best Street Hop.
After threatening other nominees and violently assaulting DJ Chicken, he would later be stripped of the Headies for violating the code of conduct.
When asked about awards, Portable said that if he wasn’t given any, he would purchase them right away.

Portable, who is still angry over being disqualified, asserts that the companies who decided not to offer him a reward would later get in touch with him and ask him to pay for prizes.
