Nigerian Singer Charles Oputa, Popularly known as Charly Boy had attributed the mass migration out of Nigeria to the mismanaged nation.
Recall that a brain drain crisis has been affecting Nigeria as a result of the large-scale exodus of young professionals seeking better opportunities in Europe and North America.
Charly Boy lamented the constant brain drain from the country in a tweet that featured the recently-viral footage of youthful visa applicants swarming the UK Visa Application Centre (TSL) in Ikeja, Lagos.
He captioned the video,
“UK Visa Application Centre (TSL) Ikeja Lagos yesterday.
“The best of our young workforce is leaving dis refugee camp.
“How we have allowed the worst of us to lead the best of us.”
