David Adedeji Adeleke, better known online as Davido, is an award-winning musician. He recently ignited internet discussion when he disclosed the only thing in life that scares him.
The 30BG boss asserted in an interview that every artist experiences a moment in their lives that they absolutely do not want to experience.
Further shedding light, Davido, who is evidently honest with himself, noted that he recognizes that he is still one of the current raves, stating that, among other things, he can sell out a show, fans may be ecstatic when he enters the show, and fans may start bawling upon seeing him.
He continued by saying that he doesn’t want to experience the day when all of these things start to slow down because it will happen soon.
However, Davido stated in the interview that he would quit before his musical career began to wind down.
In his words; “The only thing I’m really scared of is like that moment maybe when I get on stage, people cry, they go crazy, but it’s going to get to a point in my career where it is like it is going to start slowing down, everybody goes through it.
So that is why I’m really scared of that point, I never want to get there, I always make a joke to my friends, I’m gonna retire before I turn sour.”
