Ghanaian-American singer, Ama Serwah Genfi, known professionally as Amaarae, has said that Nigerian music goddess, Tiwa Savage, paved the way for her in the African music industry.
She made the statement during an interview on Ghana’s 3FM 92.7, adding that the ‘All Over’ crooner has always been supportive of her.
Amaarae, who is featured on Tiwa’s Tales By Moonlight, said the songstress is one the favourite people that she’s worked with.
The singer said she likes the ex-Mavin first lady because of how respectful, kind and humble she is notminding that she is the leading female singer in the industry.
According to her, Tiwa checks up on she and her mum, and the manner in which the mother of one related with her left her totally amazed.
