To show how much enthusiasm there was in the initiative, Baddo became the first and only Nigerian rapper to unlock his most recent accomplishment on the streaming service, Spotify, in 2023.
Olamide’s Unruly surpassed Davido’s Timeless and Asake’s Work Of Art to take third place among all albums streamed on Spotify so far in 2023 after receiving 1.8 million streams on its first day of availability.
This also makes Olamide the rapper with the highest opening day streams in Nigeria as he continues to assert himself on the scene.
