The new song teaser by YBNL Artiste Asake has been criticized by indigenous Nigerian rapper Sodiq Yusuf, aka CDQ.
Asake recently shared a video that showed what fans can anticipate from his upcoming song.
The “Yoga” songwriter was recorded delivering his lyrics in Yoruba and English in the yet-to-be-named song.

As celebrities like blogger Tunde Ednut, actress Iyabo Ojo, and fans lavished praise on Asake for his musical prowess, CDQ predicted that the singer would “do better than this.”
The rapper claims that the music teaser sounds like DJ Spinall’s hit song “Palazzo,” which features Asake.
“Sounds like Palazzo 👂 he can do better than this tho,” CDQ wrote in the comment section of Tunde Ednut’s post.
