Anthony Elanga “ Everyone knows that I could have represented Cameroon, but for me, it has always been Sweden“
Manchester United Forward Antony Elanga has justified his decision to play for the Swedish National team over Cameroon and England.

The 19 year old who’s father Joseph Elanga made 17 appearances for the Indomitable Lions was named in Sweden’s Squad for the World Cup play offs this month.
Cameroon head Coach Rigorbert Song was rumored to be in Europe to try to convince the player to switch allegiance and play for Cameroon earlier this month.

“I was born in Sweden, and Sweden means a lot to me. Everyone knows that I could have represented Cameroon and England, but for me, it has always been Sweden. It is a dream to represent Sweden at this level. »
Cameroon play Algeria on the 25th and 28th of this month for a place in the World Cup in Qatar this year.
