New Bell Music boss Jovi has crowned South African Rapper Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo well known as Nasty C as the best African rapper in the last 3 years.

In a tweet, Jovi made it clear that Nasty C can go bar for bar with the G.O.A.T.S ( Greatest of all time) in the United States and he can place a bet on Nasty C.
