Biography of Anurin Nwunembom
Anurin Nwunembom professionally known as Anurin (born on the 13th of September 1977 in Tiko, South West Region of Cameroon) is a Cameroonian film actor, Music video director, and movie producer. He is known for his role in Movies like He is known for his roles in movies like Victor Viyuoh’s Ninah’s Dowry, Christa Eka’s Belle.
Personal life of Anurin
Anurin was born in the town of Tiko which is in the southwest region of Cameroon with a Father from Wum and a mother from Babanki born on 13th September 1977) but grew up in different cities of Cameroon. He attended Government primary school Sangmelima, Government primary school Garoua where he got his first school leaving certificate in the year 1992. As a growing youth, Anurin then moved back to his home town Bamenda where he had his GCE Ordinary Level at GBHS Bamenda and Advanced level at Progressive Comprehensive College Mankon (GCE Advance Level ) in 1999/2002.
He later obtained B. An in Drama and Theatre / Performing Arts at the University of Buea. He is taken and has three Kids.
Career of Anurin
Anurin Joined the Cameroon film industry in 2003, acted in Drastic Measures (2003, Nkuma (Female Genital Mutilation) (2007), Ninah’s Dowry (2012), Belle (2013 short film), Ashia (2014 short film)’ Walls (2014 short film) A Little Lie, A Little Kill (2014), Ward Zee (2018), Where I Come From (2020)’ ENTERRÉS (2021)’

In the year 2013, Anurin won his first major award as a Lead actor at Festival Panafricaine de Canne (Canne, France ).
He also directed the 2014/15 film “NightFall“, Co-Directed THERAPY (2021) with Musing Derick, and directed Chariot of the Gods (2021). He has participated in the growth of the Cameroon & African entertainment industry as a whole not just in the movie industry but also in the Music Industry as a music video director.
