Cameroon to play Senegal in a friendly in October; Match details, head to head record
Cameroon will play reigning African Champions Senegal in an international friendly on October 17th.
The match will take place in Europe and will serve as a preparatory match for the 2023 AFCON in Ivory Coast in case Cameroon grab their qualification ticket next month.

Senegal who are ranked 18th in the World have been in fine form lately. The reigning African Champions reached the Round of 16 of the 2022 FIFA World Cup where they were eliminated by Senegal.

Also, they recently defeated 3rd FIFA Ranked Brazil 2-4 in an international friendly back in June. Cameroon on the other hand have been a shadow of themselves. The 2017 AFCON Champions are currently in a tough position in their 2023 AFCON qualifying group. Their match against Burundi next month is a must win match for them.
