Zambo Anguisa, Choupo Moting, Andre Onana are the Cameroonian internationals who feature in the Quarter finals of the 2022/2023 UEFA Champions League
The Round of 16 fixtures of the 2022/2023 UEFA Champions League were completed yesterday.
Below are the Cameroonian internationals still in the 2022/2023 UEFA Champions League.
Andre Onana
Andre Onana helped Inter Milan secure a Champions League quarter finals spot. He made six saves in the Round of 16 second leg goalless draw against FC Porto. Inter Milan advanced 1-0 on aggressive score.
Andre Onana is not only the best performing Cameroon international in the Champions League this season but also the best Goalkeeper in the tournament so far.
He has 39 saves in the tournament which is the most by any Goalkeeper in the competition this season. Andre Onana also has five clean sheets in eight appearances which is the joint most clean sheets in the tournament(alongside Simon Mignolet) this season.

Choupo Moting scored in the Round of 16 second leg against his former club PSG to help eliminate them with an aggregate score of 3-0. The 33 year old has four goals in six appearances for Bayern Munich in the Champions League this season. He is the joint highest African top scorer in the Champions League this season alongside Victor Osimhen.
Andre Franck Zambo Anguisa
Anguisa is one of the key players behind Napoli’s outstanding performance in the Champions League this season. With one goal and three assists to his name, he has been one of the best midfielders in the competition so far.
Napoli progressed to the quarter finals after defeating Frankfurt 5-0 on aggregate.
The draws for the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals and semi-finals will take place on Friday 17th March, in Nyon, Switzerland. The teams that will be in the Champions League quarter finals draws are Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester City, Inter Milan, Napoli, Benfica and AC Milan.
