Chelsea set to offer Inter Milan €155m duo in swap deal to sign Andre Onana

News

Chelsea are set to offer Inter Milan two players in exchange for £55m rated Inter Milan Goalkeeper Andre Onana.

Inter Milan are reportedly demanding £55m for the Cameroonian international. Pochetino is an admirer of Andre Onana and the Argentine manager wants the Goalkeeper in his Chelsea team.

According to The Sun, Inter have already found Onana’s replacement, Guglielmo Vicario, who plays for Serie A side Empoli. This comes as good news to Chelsea in their pursuit of Andre Onana.

According the TheSun, Chelsea are set to offer Romelu Lukaku, who is currently on loan at the Nerazzuri.

Chelsea signed Lukaku for a British record £97m, and the Belgian went on to have quite an unimpressive season, before moving to Inter Milan on loan.

Romelu Lukaku favors a stay in Italy rather than returning to Chelsea next season and the club is also looking to get rid of the Belgian, so the swap deal might benefit both sides.

The other player is Kalidou Koulibaly who joined Chelsea last summer for €40m. The Senegalese international has endured a rough season at Stamford Bridge and is not expected to be at the club next season.

With the pair earning a combined total of £620,000 per week, according to Spotrac, it would also get a significant total off Chelsea’s wage bill.

Andre Onana spoke about his future with Inter Milan with Fabrizio Romano after the Champions League Finals defeat against Manchester City. He confirmed to Fabrizio that he is happy at Inter Milan and would like to say at the club.
