Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubemeyang comes out of international retirement for Gabon after meeting with President
Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubemeyang has announced his decision to return to the Gabon National team after more than one year since he announced his international retirement.
He stated Gabon President Ali Bongo as the man behind his decision to return to the National selection.

“ A few days ago, I had the immense honor of being received by the President of the Republic of my country , and at the same time being able to listen to the wise words that he transmitted to me as a father talking to his son. Following this, I therefore put myself at the disposal of my country and of the coach Patrice Neveu with whom of course we exchanged. Once a panther, always a panther ,” wrote the 33 Year-old.

Pierre-Emerick Aubemeyang will now look to add to his tally of 30 goals in 73 Appearances for Gabon and also help his nation qualify for the AFCON next year in Ivory Coast.
