“From a Dance to one of the best Lyricists of this generation” – Meet Cameroonian artiste, Billa.

Born Billa Clovis is a multitalented Cameroonian artiste & dancer who started music professionally in 2011.

Before becoming an artist, Billa use to dance at popular events and was regarded as one of the best hip-hop dancers.

In 2011, he decided to explore his singing talent and then recorded his first single & released his first studio project “Take Over” which was a mixtape back in 2012.

Billa later decided to take on the executive role by creating a group in Bamenda called “Backyard Music Group (BMG)” which some of his dancer-friends and worked with late Producer Kiloh who is also known as ‘Area Killa Beatz (RIP).

After some years, Billa left music to chase other things and later returned in 2018 with a new mixtape titled “Eyes on the Prize” and released multiple singles between then and 2021 including a mixtape called ‘Hybrid’.

The multi-talented artiste has been documenting his journey from ‘take over‘, keeping his ‘eyes on the price’, and becoming a ‘hybrid’.

He just released a new single titled ‘Rap star‘ and from reports, this song is building up to the release of his next project.
