Mike Tyson has confirmed reports that Hollywood plans to make a movie about Francis Ngannou.

 

After Francis Ngannou’s fight against Tyson Fury, Mike Tyson confirmed during an interview that Hollywood reached out to him regarding plans to make a movie about Francis Ngannou.

 

“People in Hollywood have already contacted me to make a film about Ngannou’s story. After this fight, the sky is the limit for him,” Mike Tyson revealed.

 

 

Francis Ngannou has one of the most incredible background stories you will ever see from any athlete.

 

From working in sand mines in Cameroon to fleeing to Paris to chase his dreams, getting arrested multiple times while attempting to cross the border, and sleeping on the streets of Paris as a homeless person, Ngannou’s journey is truly remarkable. He went on to become the UFC Heavyweight champion, and then transitioned to boxing, where he gave one of the best heavyweight boxers of all time the toughest fight of his career. In his first-ever boxing match, he went all the way to the 10th round and controversially lost by a point in a split decision.
