Lesly Legend ( Cameroon Gospel artist ) . Lesly Whounja (born July 11) is a Cameroonian songwriter, afro praise and worship singer popular known by his stage name Lesly Legend.

He is a professional journalist with a certificate from HIBUMS POLYTECHNIC BAMENDA, He reside’s in the United States of America where he works.

EARLY LIFE & EDUCATION.

Lesly studied At GS Alamatsom, after which he attended secondary and High School at GBHS Mankon, Bamenda. He joined his church choir at a young age and growing up he emerged religious school prefect in his last years at GBHS Mankon. Due to so much love for music, he was warned by his vice principal, that he could fail his exams if he continues being too addicted to music! After High School education, Lesly Legend proceeded to study Journalism at HIBUMS Polytechnic Bamenda.

CAREER.

Lesly Legend started singing at the age of 9, when his mother will threaten to beat him sometimes because of his noise!

He joined his church choir at very young age, where he was further mentored on music. In secondary school, he became popular in school when he staged a song by Don Moen titled “I will sing”.

Fast forward to 2022, Lesly Legend released his debut album titled “Celebrate” made up of 5 songs. The album is made up of both worship and praise songs released on February 17th, 2022.
