Karl Toko Ekambi’s team mate sacked for he farted and laughing in the dressing room amongst other team members.

34 years old Brazilian defender Marcelo Antônio Guedes Filho, commonly known as Marcelo, is a footballer who played as a centre-back for for Ligue club Lyon got sacked before of this act.

He was demoted to the reserves just two games into this season due to “inappropriate behaviour” following a 3-0 defeat to Angers in which he had scored an own-goal and when the went back to the dressing room he farted and laughed 😂.

Club legend and then-sporting director Juninho, who has since joined the Brazil set-up, did not take kindly to the unwanted gas. He and manager Peter Bosz subsequently made the decision to drop him from the squad.

He was then let go by the club in January 2022- and it’s all because he let rip.

This was after 167 appearances in the club during the period of 4 years and scoring 8 goals.
