The mayor of punchline, Mic Monsta just hit a milestone on Boomplay. His album ‘The stars are watching’ is officially the first Mic Monsta becomes first Cameroonian album by a rapper to hit 1M streams in 5 months

Mic Monsta is the founder of Kwata Music Inc ( home to 5 artistes ) and a Mboko/Hip Hop Rapper who is known for his lyrical and Rhyme scheme power and as the say goes “Numbers don’t lie” , This is prove that Cameroon Hip Hop is alive and has fans who love and listen to it.

We did a review of the ‘The Stars are Watching‘ and we talked about how Mic Monsta tried to paint a picture of what the future holds for the Cameroon music industry and since Libianca came to the spotlight we’ve noticed a great shift in the music industry. ( read the review here )
