Rigobert Song to sue a media platform for publishing fake information

Former Indomitable lions captain Rigobert Song wants to sue Sports News Africa, an online media platform for publication of fake news about him.

The one time coach of the U23 Indomitable Lions had this to say “It is with dismay that I read a publication of an online media called Sport News Africa”, dated February 21, 2022, and in which fictitious remarks are attributed to me with an attack on my honor and my dignity.

In violation of all journalistic ethics, media attributes to me comments that I did not make. this

I have not given any interview whatsoever to this media, which I am discovering, or to any other media, regarding a possible appointment as coach of the Adu Cameroon national team.

Faced with this unhealthy approach, I reserve the right to take legal action, so as not to let such an imposture prosper.
