Kunde Malong signs for a new club as he returns to the Bundesliga with VFL Bochum

Indomitable Lions midfielder Pierre Kunde Malong has signed for Bundesliga outfit VFL Bochum on loan till the end of season with an option to purchase.

The 27 year old central midfielder contract with his parent club Olympiacos expires in 2024. The player isn’t new to the Bundesliga as he played for FC Mainz from 2018-2021 scoring 4 goals in 68 appearances before leaving for Olympiacos.

The purchase option by Bochum won’t be active if they club gets relegated. Bochum Currently sit 17th in the Bundesliga table, two points from safety and will be hoping the addition of Kunde Malong will be the final piece of the puzzle needed for them to avoid relegation.
