“Woman is bigger than Parapariparo in the streets, I mean No disrespect on my mama’s Grave” – Gomez Oba to Stanley Enow.

Hello Kimbi blog fam, The two most trending song in Cameroon between ?March and April are “Parapariparo” by Stanley Enow and “Woman” by Gomez Oba but Gomez Oba believes “Woman” is bigger than “Parapariparo” in the streets.

From the stats online, Parapariparo has over 500,000 streams on Spotify and it was released exclusively there for two weeks before districting to DSPs. Where as “Woman” is two months old and it’s most streams are from Boomplay (63,000) where as Parapariparo has 163,000 streams on Boomplay. 😳

But like he said “Woman is bigger than Parapariparo on the Streets” now how do you measure that ? We think streams the streets influence online because even the music we stream online is being influence by our offline situations.
